For those that tried those quick-fix solutions, sure they may have worked well for a few weeks or months, but with the emphasis most of them place on willpower, deprivation and denial, it’s hard to maintain this way of living and you’re ultimately back where you started – and blame yourself for failing.

If you’ve been diagnosed or through trial & error found you have reactions to certain foods, it’s hard to change how you’ve been eating and living to comply with a new set of ‘rules.’ With so much temptation around, it can be overwhelming to manage all of the changes yourself.

All of our bodies and life situations are unique. We all have foods and lifestyle factors that affect us differently than they do someone else. For example, eating dairy might give you the worst stomach pains, but if your friend ate dairy, they might feel fine. You might have lots of time to spend at home cooking healthy homemade meals, but your friend might have next to no time because they have a crazy job and kids.

Knowing this, I design each of my one-on-one Health Coaching programs to fit each person’s needs and personalized situations. Every program plan is different, because everybody is different. I take your daily habits, your goals, and your entire lifestyle into consideration as I build your personalize plans.

Changing your habits is tricky. I can’t put in the work for you. I cannot pry the food from your hands at 11:30 pm when you’re getting a sugar craving; I can’t roll you out of bed in the morning to go for a run or try a new workout class. But I can support you, inspire you, keep you accountable, and offer the tools and guidance you need to succeed along your path toward health and happiness. And I promise, the changes you will make while working with me are worth every single penny and moment invested in a better you.
