This week’s lecture in my Integrative Nutrition program is about the dangers of inflammation. There is the inflammation you can feel when something hurts, but then there’s a 2nd type which is even more dangerous because it’s below the feeling of pain (it’s negatively affecting the body, but you can’t feel it and don’t know to treat it).

Luckily, both types of inflammation are 100% controlled by the foods we eat. Here are some foods that fight it to help you stay inflammation-free.
