Chocolate Zucchini Smoothie

Looking for a delicious way to sneak in a couple more veggies in your day?

You’ll love this chocolatey smoothie that cleverly hides zucchini and spinach, and will keep you full for hours! It’s a great recipe for kids too since it hides the green vegetable color and just looks like chocolate.

Zucchini is chalked full of vitamin C – helpful for boosting our immune system and preventing disease. It also is loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and good for the nervous system.

Spinach also plays a big role in lowering risk for disease, including cancer. It also helps with cognitive function, strengthens our cardiovascular system, and balances our blood pH.
