Banana Soft Serve

Try this healthier alternative to traditional soft serve ice cream – Banana Nut Butter Soft Serve!

Here’s the recipe: 

2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp organic peanut butter (or any nut butter, I love sunflower butter)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of almond milk

– Break the frozen bananas into 1/2″ chunks and toss them into a food processor with the other ingredients. Blend until the bananas break down into a soft-serve consistency. Add more almond milk if necessary to facilitate blending.

– Serve immediately or place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes if it starts melting. Topping options are endless!
