Popbar just made Charlotte a whole lot sweeter!
Their specialty is Italian gelato on a stick that you can fully customize, using their delicious dippings and toppings.
My favorite part? ALL of their popbars are gluten free, made with hormone-free milk, no preservatives, no artificial coloring, no artificial flavors, and no high fructose corn syrup. They even have options for those who are dairy-free and vegan. Their gelatos, sorbets, frozen drinks, and yogurts are made using a handful of fresh, real food ingredients (made right on site, daily!) for the best possible authenticity and taste. The sorbet, for example, is made of 80% actual fruit.
The strawberry pop I got there was made using real strawberries!
I would absolutely call Popbar a healthier alternative to traditional ice cream/soft serve franchises.

Her and husband have always wanted to be entrepreneurs, and when they got their first taste of a Popbar pop, it was love at first sight.
They knew they wanted to bring it to Charlotte, and they officially opened their location just 2 months ago.
