Fitness Tip! If you’re finding it hard to fit working out at the gym into your busy schedule, save some wasted time spent driving to and from the gym by working out at home.
Start with just 20 minutes in the morning doing a couple of easy and effective workouts (think push ups, sit ups, lunges, jumping jacks). Hopefully this will give you a quick daily sweat session and encourage a few days of daily doubles!
