I’m offering an 8-week experience for you to become comfortable, confident, and consistent with your eating habits, instead of feeling like they are controlling you.

It’s is not just an online course where you download PDF’s and watch a bunch of videos on your own.

This is a live & extremely interactive experience!

You’ll be part of a small group of women facing the same challenges YOU are: all coming together, connecting, learning, growing and making changes in the name of better health and happiness.

Change can be hard, but with the support of others, it’s a whole lot easier.

This support group utilizes my signature Mind Body Food Method to tackle your struggles with food in a holistic way, so changes aren’t overwhelming and become truly sustainable.

My MBF Method uses a blend of psychology, nutrition science, and mind-body wisdom to end your frustration, and guide you toward feeling in control, confident, and at peace with food.
