Hi, I’m Coach Samantha!

I’m an Eating Psychology Coach and the founder of the Mind Body Food Method.

I love helping women feel empowered and confident around food so they can look and feel their best without restricting or depriving themselves.

I spent YEARS chasing diet after diet, constantly feeling stressed and defeated, and fighting against my body every step of the way. I ended up doing way more harm than good to my health, and chasing away my happiness.

That’s why I’m so passionate about what I do!

My Mind Body Food Method uses a blend of psychology, nutrition science, and mind-body wisdom and is designed to help you stop feeling out of control and crazy around food, and put an end to that restrict then binge cycle.
